I can help you  in Mississauga (Port Credit, Lorne Park, Clarkson, Mineola, Meadowvale, Erin Mills, Streetsville and Churchill Meadows,Malton,Erindale );  I have keen knowledge and expertise in these areas and will help find you the home that best suits you.

Port Credit (pop. 10,260 - 2001 Census) is found at the mouth of the Credit River on the north shore of Lake Ontario, within the southcentral area of the city ofMississauga. Port Credit's boundaries are the Canadian National Railway tracks (where the Lakeshore West GO trains run) to the north, Seneca Street and the western edge of the Adamson Estate to the east and Godfrey's Lane and the townhome complex located on the west side of Shawnmarr Road to the west.

Lorne Park Estates is a community of about 77 acres, located in the City of Mississauga and bordered by Lake Ontario on the south, Lakeshore Road on the north, Jack Darling Park on the west and Richard’s Memorial Park on the East.

Homeowners are not only responsible for municipal taxes and upkeep on their land, but they are also co-operately responsible for the upkeep and taxes on approximately 37 of those acres including residential roads, forests, walking trails, a cottage, the small park area and a beach.

The two roads into Lorne Park Estates are marked as "private" not just because they are privately maintained, but because they are not conducive to traffic. The privately maintained roads in the community are extremely narrow with no sidewalks, few through-fares and with many dead ends.

Meadowvale is a community located in the northwestern part of Mississauga, a suburb of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In the 19th and early 20th centuries, it was a village in Toronto Township. In the 1970s, Meadowvale was selected to be the name of a new town community for the newly (1974) incorporated City of Mississauga; the name was applied to a development a few miles west along Derry Road.

Erin Mills is a planned community in the City of Mississauga, located approximately 32 km (20 miles) west of downtown Toronto, Ontario,Canada. Erin Mills was conceived, planned and developed by the Cadillac Fairview Corporation on 8,000 acres (32 km²) of historic land in the City of Mississauga. Erin Mills is a totally integrated residential, industrial and commercial community.

Based on census and political boundaries, the 2001 population is estimated at 105,000 residents, making it the most populous area in Mississauga (but not the most densely populated) and one of the fastest growing. Geographically, the area is by far the largest in Mississauga, occupying much of the western section of the city. There is a number of managed creek courses that traverse the area and eventually drain to the Credit River, and then Lake Ontario, but Erin Mills does not adjoin either.

Streetsville is an established and primarily upper-middle class community located in the northwestern corner of the city of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, on the Credit River. Although Streetsville occupies both the west and east banks of the river, the majority is located on the west bank of the river.

Although the former village is surrounded by modern suburban development, it seeks to keep a “small town” charm by retaining a variety of historical buildings and streetscapes. As part of this attempt to maintain a separate identity from the larger city, the names of several main Mississauga roads, as they pass through Streetsville, revert to what they were called when Streetsville was an independent village. These include Mississauga Road and Bristol Road, which revert to Queen Street and Main Street respectively. Other main thoroughfares that cross Streetsville include Creditview Road, Eglinton Avenue, and Britannia Road

Heartland town centre has life back to this dead zone area , which also used to be a garbage dump site some years back ,There are all big box stores in this centre ,which was developed with a unique concept of parking right in front of every big store rather than like a Sqaure One mall. All the area is developed with Town houses,Semi's and Detach .Great for raising kids but not for the person who wants a serene enviroment.

Malton is one of the neighbourhoods in the northeast part of the city of Mississauga, Ontario,Canada, located to the northwest of Toronto. The neighbourhood has a population of approximately 36,400 as of 2002. Malton is unique in Mississauga in that it does not adjoin any other Mississauga neighbourhood. Malton is bounded by Highway 427 and Finch Avenue(border with Toronto) to the east, the Brampton city border along Steeles Avenue to the north,Airport Road to the west, and the CN rail line to the south. The oldest portion of Malton (the former Police Village of Malton) is located on the northwestern corner of Airport and Derry Roads. All the roads in this area are named after cities in England.

Erindale is an historical village located within the central part of the city of Mississauga, west of Toronto.

It runs along Dundas Street West, the centre of the old village is just to the east of the Credit River valley. A large campus of the University of Toronto, known as University of Toronto Mississauga, is located on the west bank of the river.

Opening of  GO station ,LISGAR changed the whole housing market ,which developed quiet fast in this West end of Mississauga,The area is sericed by 401 and 407 ,which make a commuters dream,To the north its the 401 and South is 403 , west is 407 and east is Winston Churchill. Most of the economical priced properties in Mississauga are in this area ,which offers a wide range to first tie buyer.

Within the last 5-10 years with the arrival of immigrants to Mississauga and closenes to Brampton ,has bought a unique character to the Brampton -Mississauga border houses , All the area around Derrydale Golf cloub,Meadowale Cemetry,Mais and Derry Intersection ,has new affordalble housing available .With the closeness to all Highways and Heartland centre it has a hot resale value.

Dixie is a neighbourhood in the Canadian city of Mississauga, Ontario. The community lies in the southeastern part of the city and one of the older neighbourhoods in the city.

The name of the neighbourhood dates back to the Village of Dixie at the corner of Cawthra Road and Dundas Street West in south part of the city. The village was named in honour of Dr. Beaumont Dixie, a settler whom paid for the establishment of the Union Chapel, a multi-denominal Protestant church in the village in 1865.

The former community of Cooksville, in Ontario, Canada, was centered around the intersection of the former Highway 5 (Dundas Street) andHighway 10, the old town of Cooksville now makes up the centre of the City of Mississauga.

Clarkson Village is a community in the city of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The community is located in the south west corner of Mississauga, along the banks of Lake Ontario. It is bordered by Lake Ontario to the south, Oakville to the west, Erindale and Erin Mills to the north, and Lorne Park to the east.
