If I was to rate 3650 Kingston Rd condominiums on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) , I would give this building 7, reason being the lowest maintinence .The building has just the right amenties,which does not let the maintinence go out of control. Why to pay more when you are not using the swimming pool and hot tub throughout the year . The building was completed in 2006 ,has 9 floors and about 225 units, so very well managed ,I spoke to some residents they are happy about the building except that some electrical problems happening in the start of 2009 .The building is also a very good alternative to the 2 condo buildings next door . Each Unit is bright with balcony .Security is strict through remote access keys . Access to Kingston Rd and also downtown is easy , TTC ,GO all are just minutes away . Shopping is right across the street ,what else do you normally want from a condo building .
